for people who use dial up to connect to the internet and which in turn causes
the IP Address to change frequently. If this H264 User should be valid for
remote user connections that are fixed/dedicated like a cable modem or even a
T1. Once you input remote user name and password to access the remote program
be sure to select the desired remote channel which you wish to monitor.

cameras in your local network! This button can lead you to the following search
dialog:
In this dialog, you can select the type of
ip cameras, or select "All ip cameras" in list, then click "Search" button, it
will automatically display all ip cameras in your local network! Display ip
camera type, MAC address, ip address or other information. Then you can right

FLV1 video encoder type along with MP3 audio encoder.
c) If you want to record one channel to ASF files, you can select
MSMPEG4, WMV3 video encoder and MP3, WMA audio encoder.
d) If this channel will connect to an ip camera, our software will
directly get video stream and audio stream from it. But if it's encoder type

resource! AVI file format can hold many encoder, so you can select an
appropriate encoder to avoid re-encode video.

minutes to change new record file, or every 45 minutes to switch record file!
AVI, MP4, MOV file format need to be close exactly, otherwise all this file can

f) For all channels, you can change the record format, such as AVI,
MP4, FLV etc, but you can not select video encoder and video bitrate for some
ip cameras, such as mpeg4 ip camera, H.264 ip cameras! Because our software
will directly save the raw video stream getting from the ip camera to record
files! Or our software will automatically select a right video encoder for your
record format.
g) The channel record format will influence the remote viewer, such as "Win
Media Viewer" need ASF or WMV record format! "QuickTime Viewer" and "RealPlayer
Viewer" need MP4 or MOV record format! "Flash Viewer" need FLV or SWF record
format! The "ActiveX Viewer" and "Simple Jpeg Viewer" have no relation with the
channel record format, so it can view all channel video from remote!

changed, all channel settings will be saved and take effect at once! If you
click "Exit" button directly, software will restore the old settings and don't
